    By using the services of the Chhattisgarh e-District Portal, it is deemed that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and have entered into a formal agreement with the Chhattisgarh e-District Portal for the purpose of conducting transactions on this website.

    Please note that once you register on this website, you are considered to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set forth below. If a user violates these Terms and Conditions by registering with more than one user ID or by availing services using multiple user IDs, CHiPS reserves the right to deactivate all such user registrations and cancel any or all services requested, without prior notice. Providing garbage or junk values in the profile may also lead to deactivation.

    The Government’s performance under this agreement is subject to the existing laws and legal processes of the Government of Chhattisgarh, and nothing contained in this agreement shall derogate from the Government’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website, or with information provided to or gathered by CHiPS in connection with such use.

    You agree that CHiPS may provide details of your use of the website to regulators, law enforcement agencies, or any other third party, or may disclose such information to resolve disputes or complaints related to the website, at the complete discretion of the Government.

    This agreement is made between Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society (CHiPS) (“Us”) and the user (“You”), whose details are provided on the Portal User Creation page.

    प्रोफाइल में अवांछित/गलत जानकारी होने पर पंजीकरण निष्क्रिय किया जा सकता है। इस समझौते का पालन सरकार की मौजूदा कानूनों और छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं के अधीन है, और इस समझौते की कोई भी शर्त सरकार के अधिकार को प्रभावित नहीं करती, जिसमें आपके इस वेबसाइट के उपयोग या CHiPS द्वारा इस उपयोग से संबंधित जानकारी के संबंध में कानून प्रवर्तन अनुरोधों या आवश्यकताओं का पालन करना शामिल है।
