Cancellation/Refund policy

The fees once paid will not be refunded for applications that have been successfully submitted or for successfully completed bill payment services.

Cancellation of applications or bill payments shall not be entertained. The amount paid, if applicable, may be settled with the respective departments.

In case of a failed transaction, the user shall have no right to claim the amount directly. The loss on this account shall not be borne either by the Government or by the Banks/Payment Gateways.

However, an automatic refund will be processed for transactions that are not successful.

रद्दीकरण/धन-वापसी

आवेदन के सफलतापूर्वक सबमिट होने के पश्चात् भुगतान किया गया शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। आवेदन के रद्दीकरण/बिल भुगतान संबंधी मामलों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। भुगतान की गई राशि को संबंधित विभाग द्वारा सेटल किया जा सकता है। अगर ट्रांज़ेक्शन विफल हो गया तो उपयोगकर्ता के पास राशि पर दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा। इस लेन-देन से हुआ नुकसान न तो सरकार द्वारा और न ही बैंकों / भुगतान गेटवे द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा। हालांकि, वे लेन-देन जो विफल हुए हैं, उनके लिए राशि स्वतः रिफंड हो जाती है।
